Order Status Certificate

You have 2 options to order a Status Certificate:

OPTION 1 – Order Online

a) Visit www.CONDOcafe.com or click order button below, where you can search 24/7 for the community by corporation number or address.

b) If this is you first time using CONDOCafe, you will be asked to set up a user id and password. Please be sure to save this login information, as it will be required to access your status certificate once completed within 10 days.

c) CONDOCafe provides you with an electronic status certificate through the CONDOCafe portal. You will always receive your status certificate within 10 days as per legal requirements of the Condominium Act, 1998.

OPTION 2 – Order By E-Mail

a) E-mail your request to: statuscertificate@360cm.ca

b) Please be sure to include the name and telephone number of the person we should contact regarding the status certificate.

c) The cost of the status certificate with standard delivery (within 10 days) is $100.00 including tax. Expedited delivery (3 to 5 days) is available for an additional fee – see the CONDOcafe order page for details.

d) Once completed, the status certificate and attachments will be sent to you by e-mail as a PDF file. You will always receive your status certificate within 10 days, as per legal requirements of the Condominium Act, 1998.
