  • Service oriented tenant liaison and administration including rent collection, lease renewals and dispute resolution
  • Complete bookkeeping and accounting services which include monthly reporting to the owner, manage and co-ordination of payments of all operations-related costs such s condo fees, property taxes, utilities and etc.
  • Budget conscious repairs and refurbishment through our list of preferred suppliers
  • Eligibility towards our cost effective unit insurance program
  • Professional owner to Condominium Corporation representation
  • 24 hour emergency service
  • Co-ordination of representation at the Landlord and Tenant Board.
